How does the free trial work?
Create your hostel in the Liv+ app and it gets full access for 30 days, with room for up to 100 tenants during the trial. No payment details are needed to start. When the trial ends, pick any plan up to 250 tenants, from ₹400 a month, and upgrade or downgrade whenever your numbers change.
Do you take a cut of the rent?
No. Tenants pay your UPI ID directly from PhonePe, GPay or Paytm, so rent never passes through us. You pay one flat monthly subscription for the software, nothing else.
How do my tenants get on the app?
Send them an invite link or a 6-digit code from your app. They fill in their details themselves, you approve, and they are in. For tenants without smartphones, you can fill the form yourself and manage them the same way.
Can my manager or warden use it?
Yes. Every plan includes two staff accounts with permission controls, so your manager can record payments and handle complaints while you keep full control.
I run more than one PG. Does this work for me?
Yes. Add every hostel under the same login and switch between them in the app. Each hostel has its own plan, tenants and staff.
Is my data safe?
Your data is encrypted in transit and stored securely, and it stays yours. You can export everything or delete your account and its data whenever you want, in line with India’s DPDP rules.
What do tenants pay for the app?
Nothing. Tenants never pay to use the app. Rent bills, payment history, today’s menu, complaints and notices are all covered by your subscription.
