Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from /dashboard/subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you retain access until then.
2. Refunds
Paid subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prorated credits for tier upgrades are handled automatically by Razorpay proration.
3. Failed Charges
If a renewal fails, your account enters read-only mode for 1 day — you can still view and export your data, but adding and editing are paused. After that, access is locked until payment succeeds. Re-activation is instant upon successful payment.
4. Disputes
Contact grievance@[DOMAIN] before initiating a chargeback. We aim to resolve disputes within 10 business days.
