1. What We Collect

We collect the phone number, name, hostel name, tenant records, and payment records of our users. We do not store card details; Razorpay handles that.

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide the Service: tenant registration, payment tracking, notifications. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

3. DPDP Compliance

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. Grievances should be addressed to the Grievance Officer at grievance@[DOMAIN].

4. Analytics

We use PostHog for aggregate analytics. Analytics events do not include phone numbers, email addresses, or tenant names (per our DPDP compliance policy).

5. Data Retention

Payment records are retained for 7 years per Income Tax Act requirements. Other personal data is retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account deletion, except where retention is required by law.
